Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in Ohio and the rate will be determined on the County order is shipped to. No sales tax is added for orders shipped to any other locations. Telephone Orders We will be pleased to accept your order or questions by phone, call 419-822-5993 and if we are not available leave a message. Your call will be returned to take your order or supply you with product recommendations, appropriate samples, and other information to meet your skin, and body care needs. Payment Options On line orders will be paid using Paypal payment services. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. When placing your order by phone you may pay by credit card, personal check or money order. In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide us with your new credit card number within 5 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order. Shipping Confirmation Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order, because our products are made fresh and are all natural your order could take up to 3 business days to ship. Product Safety Nimbus confidently and proudly stands behind each and every product that we sell, and we pledge that we will always uphold the highest standards of safety for our customers. In addition a sample is kept out of each and every batch and tested for quality. Suggested Usage Schedule We recommend that all Goats milk lotion, Deep Moisturizing Cream, and Psoriacare, be used within 1 year of purchase; Face Cream, Midnight magic, Microderm Abrasion cream, Ultra Sensitive Lotion and Serenity oil to be used within six months of purchase; Intensive Therapy, Manuka Ointment, and Psoria Soak be used with- in 18 months of purchase. Climate Control Products should not be exposed to extreme heat, cold, or temperature changes and should be kept out of direct sunlight. Products should be kept in a cool, dry place. Usage We recommend use of sterile disposable, plastic spatulas or swabs with all creams packaged in jars (rather than your fingers) in order to decrease the potential introduction of bacteria from the fingertips into the product. Please be sure to close lids tightly on all jars. Bottle tops should be fully closed when storing product or between applications. A Note on Product Variation Because Nimbus utilizes natural ingredients in our unique formulations; our products may vary in color and consistency with each new batch that we make. These natural variations do not in any way affect the quality or efficacy of the product. In addition our Intensive Therapy and Midnight Magic are formulated to crystallize after a short period of time to save the potency of the essential oils used. Nimbus essential oil blend is our preservative in all of our cream products and contains less than 1% of the overall product. Consists of Grapefruit Seed Extract, Vitamin E, Rosemary Oleorsin, Fatty Acids derived from vegetable and stearic alcohol and then combined with vegetable glycerin.
